Creative Care Resources provides services in several residential homes throughout Dakota County. Homes are located in neighborhoods in Apple Valley, Burnsville, Inver Grove Heights, Lakeville, Mendota Heights, and Rosemount.
Creative Care Resources provides services to adults and children with developmental disabilities specializing in duel diagnosis with Autism and related disorders. Our homes are designed to be a safe part of an individual’s life with opportunities for educational growth, life skills, social skills, sensory opportunities, behavioral management, recreational and leisure activities, and community integration.
Creative Care Resources will be flexible in nature, multi-functional in scope and, above all, focus on individual needs. We want to be creative in order to find and utilize as many resources as possible as we care for the individuals, their families, and our staff.
